Have your Cacao ready, and space to dance, plus an oil that supports you and a scarf or blindfold if you would like to try free dancing with your sense heightened by the closing of your eyes ....

The first part with info regarding the benefits of Cacao was missed, huge apologies- however I took great notes...

Cacao- is chocolate in its most refined from- it is the bean , before being processed and added to to create modern day chocolate.

The Cacao I sent to you is from Andrea- it is from the Peruvian Andes and is sourced ethically from small farmer co-operatives. The beans are heirloom beans and are harvested, fermented, and dried traditionally without roasting to preserve the Cacao’s full nutritional and medicinal properties.

Cacao has very powerful attributes, it is absolutely packed full of nutrients, minerals and complex compounds and neurotransmitters that are not found anywhere else- and that happen to be incredibly beneficial to women and includes many nutrients that we no longer get from our soil.

Among these beneficial elements is the compound Ananda- this is the bliss molecule, that deepens our sense of love and feeling of positivity...helping us to find the flow state, further away from stress, and is a lovely drink to start your day.

It has been part of my morning routine for months now- I add chilli powder to mine and love whizzing it up each morning , to then sit with my moon journal and plan my day.

This is my magic miracle morning - Cacao, Journal, set my intention for the day, meditation, gratitude prayer and soon I'll be adding a habitual morning bounce or stretch or yoga... if this was to all take 30 mins to an hour-as it may once i get it all together- it will be the best spent hour of the day- as it will set me up for the rest of the day and each day sets me up for the week, the month and onwards...

I'm looking forward next week to creating some magic rituals and routines with you next week- along with looking at turning dreams into reality....
