Cancellation Policy

RESCHEDULING Whilst rescheduling your session can be disruptive we know that it's sometimes necessary. We allow clients to reschedule their sessions at no charge if these are rescheduled at least 1 day in advance. We'd encourage you to reschedule as opposed to cancelling your session. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations should be made as early as possible. We will refund cancellations made at least 1 day in advance. Your service fee will be lost if you provide less than 1 days notice.
